Juicy garlic butter steak bites with sunny-side eggs

For the Steak Bites
1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-size cubes π₯©
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
Β½ tsp black pepper
Β½ tsp salt
Β½ tsp dried thyme (optional)
For the Eggs
4 eggs π³
1 tbsp butter
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional sides

1οΈβ£ Cook the steak bites
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add steak cubes and season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
Sear 2β3 minutes per side until browned.
Add butter and garlic and toss steak bites for 1 minute until coated and fragrant.
Remove from heat.
2οΈβ£ Cook the eggs
In another pan melt butter over medium heat.
Crack eggs into the pan and cook until whites set and yolks remain runny for sunny-side up.
Season with salt and pepper.
3οΈβ£ Serve
Plate steak bites with the sunny-side eggs.
Add toast or potatoes for a complete breakfast.
