Juicy garlic butter steak bites with sunny-side eggs
A classic steakhouse-style breakfast thatโs simple, filling, and perfect for starting the day strong.
๐ Ingredients
For the Steak Bites
1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-size cubes ๐ฅฉ
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
ยฝ tsp black pepper
ยฝ tsp salt
ยฝ tsp dried thyme (optional)
For the Eggs
4 eggs ๐ณ
1 tbsp butter
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional sides

hash browns ๐ฅ
avocado slices ๐ฅ
๐ฉโ๐ณ Instructions
1๏ธโฃ Cook the steak bites
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add steak cubes and season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
Sear 2โ3 minutes per side until browned.
Add butter and garlic and toss steak bites for 1 minute until coated and fragrant.
Remove from heat.
2๏ธโฃ Cook the eggs
In another pan melt butter over medium heat.
Crack eggs into the pan and cook until whites set and yolks remain runny for sunny-side up.
Season with salt and pepper.
3๏ธโฃ Serve
Plate steak bites with the sunny-side eggs.
Add toast or potatoes for a complete breakfast.
