Deviled eggs

Ingredients

12 large eggs

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon yellow mustard

1 teaspoon white vinegar

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

Paprika for topping

Instructions

Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

Once boiling, turn off the heat, cover the pot, and let the eggs sit for about 10โ€“12 minutes.

Transfer the eggs to cold water and let them cool completely, then peel the shells.

Slice each egg in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.

Place the yolks in a bowl and mash them with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.

Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.

Sprinkle paprika over the top and arrange the deviled eggs on a plate for serving.
