Chicken Club Sandwich ๐ฅช๐ฅ
Ingredients (Serves 2):
Bread slices โ 6
Chicken breast โ 250 g
Cheddar cheese slices โ 4
Beef bacon or chicken bacon โ 4โ6 strips
Lettuce leaves โ 1 cup
Tomato slices โ 1 large
Cucumber slices โ ยฝ cup
Red onion (thin slices) โ 2โ3 tbsp
Mayonnaise โ 4 tbsp (60 g)
Butter โ 2 tbsp (30 g)
Black pepper โ 1 tsp
Salt โ to taste
Garlic powder โ ยฝ tsp
Paprika โ ยฝ tsp
Oil โ 1 tbsp (15 ml)
Instructions:
Cook Chicken:
Season chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Heat oil in a pan and cook on medium heat for 5โ6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
Rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
Lightly toast bread slices with butter until golden.
Cook bacon until crispy and set aside.
Spread mayo on one side of each bread slice.
Assemble Layers:
First slice: chicken + lettuce + tomato
Second slice: cheese + bacon + cucumber
Third slice: onion + extra chicken
Stack into a triple-layer sandwich.
Press gently and cut into neat triangles.
Serve fresh and enjoy!
