Ingredients (Serves 2):

Chicken breast โ€“ 250 g
Cheddar cheese slices โ€“ 4
Beef bacon or chicken bacon โ€“ 4โ€“6 strips
Lettuce leaves โ€“ 1 cup
Tomato slices โ€“ 1 large
Cucumber slices โ€“ ยฝ cup
Red onion (thin slices) โ€“ 2โ€“3 tbsp
Mayonnaise โ€“ 4 tbsp (60 g)
Butter โ€“ 2 tbsp (30 g)
Black pepper โ€“ 1 tsp
Salt โ€“ to taste
Garlic powder โ€“ ยฝ tsp
Paprika โ€“ ยฝ tsp
Oil โ€“ 1 tbsp (15 ml)

Instructions:

Cook Chicken:
Season chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Heat oil in a pan and cook on medium heat for 5โ€“6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
Rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
Lightly toast bread slices with butter until golden.
