Chicken Club Sandwich π₯ͺπ₯
Ingredients (Serves 2):
Bread slices β 6
Chicken breast β 250 g
Cheddar cheese slices β 4
Beef bacon or chicken bacon β 4β6 strips
Lettuce leaves β 1 cup
Tomato slices β 1 large
Cucumber slices β Β½ cup
Red onion (thin slices) β 2β3 tbsp
Mayonnaise β 4 tbsp (60 g)
Butter β 2 tbsp (30 g)
Black pepper β 1 tsp
Salt β to taste
Garlic powder β Β½ tsp
Paprika β Β½ tsp
Oil β 1 tbsp (15 ml)
Instructions:
Cook Chicken:
Season chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Heat oil in a pan and cook on medium heat for 5β6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
Rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
Lightly toast bread slices with butter until golden.
Cook bacon until crispy and set aside.
Spread mayo on one side of each bread slice.
Assemble Layers:
First slice: chicken + lettuce + tomato
Second slice: cheese + bacon + cucumber
Third slice: onion + extra chicken
Stack into a triple-layer sandwich.
Press gently and cut into neat triangles.
