Ingredients (Serves 2):

Bread slices – 6
Chicken breast – 250 g
Cheddar cheese slices – 4
Beef bacon or chicken bacon – 4–6 strips
Lettuce leaves – 1 cup
Tomato slices – 1 large
Cucumber slices – Β½ cup
Red onion (thin slices) – 2–3 tbsp
Mayonnaise – 4 tbsp (60 g)
Butter – 2 tbsp (30 g)
Black pepper – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Garlic powder – Β½ tsp
Paprika – Β½ tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp (15 ml)

Instructions:

Cook Chicken:
Season chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Heat oil in a pan and cook on medium heat for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
Rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
Lightly toast bread slices with butter until golden.

Cook bacon until crispy and set aside.
Spread mayo on one side of each bread slice.

Assemble Layers:
First slice: chicken + lettuce + tomato
Second slice: cheese + bacon + cucumber
Third slice: onion + extra chicken
