Ingredients:
- 300g linguine or spaghetti
- 400g shrimp, peeled
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 40g butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 10cl white wine
- 50cl broth
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Chili flakes
- Salt, pepper
- Fresh parsley
- Parmesan (optional)
Instructions:
- Sear shrimp, set aside.
- Sautรฉ garlic, add wine, reduce.
- Add pasta, broth, cook until al dente.
- Return shrimp, add butter, lemon, parsley. Mix ๐.
