🐟 Garlic Butter Salmon with Lemon & Fresh Herbs

🛒 Ingredients:

4 salmon fillets
3 tbsp unsalted butter (42 g)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp lemon juice (30 ml)
1 tsp lemon zest (optional)
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
1 tsp fresh thyme or dill (optional)
Lemon slices (for serving)

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

Pat the salmon fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Place the salmon skin-side down and cook for 4–5 minutes until crispy.
Flip and cook another 3–4 minutes until just cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in lemon juice and zest, then return the salmon to the pan.
Spoon the garlic butter sauce over the salmon for 1–2 minutes.
Sprinkle fresh herbs on top and serve with lemon slices.
