Ingredients:

Salmon:

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt & pepper

Cajun Shrimp Cream Sauce:

  • 250g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup parmesan
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • Paprika (optional)
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions:

  1. Season salmon and sear in hot oil 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
  2. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, then remove briefly.
  4. Pour in cream, parmesan, and seasoning—simmer until thick and creamy.
  5. Return shrimp, then spoon sauce over salmon.
