Ingredients:
Salmon:
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt & pepper
Cajun Shrimp Cream Sauce:
- 250g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup parmesan
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- Paprika (optional)
- Salt & pepper
Instructions:
- Season salmon and sear in hot oil 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, then remove briefly.
- Pour in cream, parmesan, and seasoning—simmer until thick and creamy.
- Return shrimp, then spoon sauce over salmon.
