Tomato Sandwich

Ingredients:

2 slices of bread

1 large ripe tomato, sliced

2 tablespoons mayonnaise or butter

Salt

Black pepper

Optional: a little olive oil

Instructions:

Spread mayonnaise or butter on the bread. Place the tomato slices on one slice, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Add a small drizzle of olive oil if you like. Top with the second slice of bread, press gently, cut, and serve fresh.
