1. CREAMY ALFREDO PASTA
Ingredients:
- 200 g pasta
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 50 g butter
- 50 g parmesan
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt & pepper
Instructions:
Cook pasta and reserve some pasta water.
Melt butter and sautΓ© garlic.
Add cream and simmer gently.
Stir in parmesan until smooth.
Combine with pasta, adding pasta water if needed.
π 2. SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE
Ingredients:
- 200 g spaghetti
- 300 g ground beef
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt & pepper
Instructions:
Cook spaghetti.
Brown the beef with garlic.
Add tomato sauce and simmer 10β15 minutes.
Serve over pasta.
π€ 3. GARLIC SHRIMP PASTA
Ingredients:
- 200 g pasta
- 300 g shrimp
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt & pepper
Instructions:
Cook pasta.
SautΓ© garlic in oil, add shrimp and cook 2β3 minutes.
Add lemon juice and toss with pasta.
π§ 4. BAKED CHEESY PASTA
Ingredients:
- 200 g pasta
- 200 ml cream or tomato sauce
- 150 g mozzarella
- 50 g parmesan
- Salt & pepper
Instructions:
Cook pasta and mix with sauce.
Transfer to a baking dish.
Top with mozzarella and parmesan.
Bake at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for 15β20 minutes until golden.
