- 1 medium steak (sirloin, ribeye, or your choice)
- Brussels sprouts
- 1 baked potato
- Croissants
- Olive oil

- Butter
Directions:
- Begin by preheating your grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Season the steak generously with salt and pepper. Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
- While the steak is cooking, prepare the Brussels sprouts by trimming them and tossing them in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast them in the oven at 400Β°F (200Β°C) for approximately 20-25 minutes until they are crispy.
- At the same time, place the potato in the oven at the same temperature and bake for 45-60 minutes or until it becomes tender.
- A few minutes before serving, warm the croissants in the oven.
- Once everything is ready, serve the steak alongside the roasted Brussels sprouts, a baked potato (with butter if you like), and the warm croissants.
