  • Brussels sprouts
  • 1 baked potato
  • Croissants

  1. Begin by preheating your grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Season the steak generously with salt and pepper. Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
  2. While the steak is cooking, prepare the Brussels sprouts by trimming them and tossing them in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast them in the oven at 400Β°F (200Β°C) for approximately 20-25 minutes until they are crispy.
  3. At the same time, place the potato in the oven at the same temperature and bake for 45-60 minutes or until it becomes tender.
  4. A few minutes before serving, warm the croissants in the oven.
  5. Once everything is ready, serve the steak alongside the roasted Brussels sprouts, a baked potato (with butter if you like), and the warm croissants.
