1 medium head of cauliflower (cut into florets)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
π₯£ For the Sauce:
1/3 cup barbecue sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove (minced)
π¨βπ³ Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).
In a bowl, toss the cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking tray in a single layer.
Roast for 20β25 minutes, until golden and slightly charred.
In a small bowl, mix barbecue sauce, honey, lemon juice, and garlic.
Toss the roasted cauliflower in the sauce.
Return to the oven for 5 minutes until sticky and caramelized.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
