Ingredients:
- 6 to 8 lemons
- 1 medium piece fresh ginger
- 1 cup sugar (or to taste)
- 1.5 to 2 liters cold water
Instructions:
- Peel the lemons and squeeze out the juice.
- Slice the fresh ginger into thin pieces.
- In a blender, add lemon juice, ginger, sugar, and 1 cup of water. Blend well.
- Strain the mixture.
- Add the remaining water and stir well.
- Chill in the refrigerator and serve cold.
