Ingredients:

  • 6 to 8 lemons
  • 1 medium piece fresh ginger
  • 1 cup sugar (or to taste)
  • 1.5 to 2 liters cold water

Instructions:

  1. Peel the lemons and squeeze out the juice.
  2. Slice the fresh ginger into thin pieces.
  3. In a blender, add lemon juice, ginger, sugar, and 1 cup of water. Blend well.
  4. Strain the mixture.
  5. Add the remaining water and stir well.
