Creamy Chocolate Fudge Bars
Rich, soft, and no-bake
Ingredients:
2 cups (340 g) milk chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)
1 can (400 g) sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Melt the mixture
In a saucepan over low heat, combine:
chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter
Stir continuously until smooth and fully melted
Add flavor
Remove from heat
Stir in vanilla extract and salt
Set the fudge
Line a small baking dish (about 8Γ8 inch / 20Γ20 cm) with parchment paper
Pour mixture into the dish and spread evenly
Chill
Refrigerate for 2β3 hours, or until fully set
Slice
Lift out using parchment paper
Cut into bars like in the picture
Tips
For that extra creamy texture, donβt overheat the chocolate
Use good-quality chocolate for best flavor
Let sit at room temp 5 minutes before eating for softer bites

Add chopped nuts
Swirl in peanut butter
Use dark chocolate for a richer taste
