Ingredients

  • Puff pastry sheets
  • Cooked steak, chopped into small pieces
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Optional Flavor Upgrade

Mix the steak with:

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • Tiny splash of hot sauce

Step 1: Prepare the Filling

In a bowl, combine:

  • Mozzarella cheese
