Ingredients ๐Ÿง‚

  • 2 beef steaks
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Step 1 โ€“ Season the Steak

Season both sides of the steaks with:

  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Paprika
  • Garlic powder

Let rest for 10 minutes.


Step 2 โ€“ Cook the Steak

Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add steaks and cook:

  • 3โ€“4 minutes per side for medium
  • Longer if preferred well done

Add minced garlic and spoon the buttery juices over the steaks while cooking.

Remove steaks and let rest for a few minutes.


Step 3 โ€“ Fry the Eggs

In the same pan add remaining butter.
