Ingredients:
- 2 ribeye steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- Remove the steaks from the fridge 20ā30 minutes before cooking.
- Rub both sides with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat a skillet over high heat until very hot.
- Cook steaks for about 3ā4 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust to your preference).
- Add butter, crushed garlic, and rosemary to the pan.
- Spoon the melted butter over the steaks for 1ā2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
