Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup mixed seeds (flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds)
Optional
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Extra seeds for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Grease two small oven-safe glass jars or ramekins.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth.
- Add the Greek yogurt and mix well.
- Stir in the mixed seeds until fully combined.
- Divide the mixture between the jars.
- Sprinkle extra seeds on top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the jars.
- Slice and enjoy.
