🌾 3-Ingredient Simple Seeded Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup mixed seeds (flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds)

Optional

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Extra seeds for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Grease two small oven-safe glass jars or ramekins.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth.
  4. Add the Greek yogurt and mix well.
  5. Stir in the mixed seeds until fully combined.
  6. Divide the mixture between the jars.
  7. Sprinkle extra seeds on top.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
  9. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the jars.
  10. Slice and enjoy.
