Ingredients:

2 cups grated potatoes (drained well)

1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)

2 eggs

3–4 tablespoons flour

1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Oil for frying

✅ Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated potatoes, shredded cheese, eggs, flour, and spices.
  2. Mix until you get a thick batter-like consistency.
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  4. Scoop a spoonful of the mixture and gently flatten it into the pan.
  5. Fry each fritter for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  6. Remove and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dip or sauce.

Make sure the potatoes are well drained to avoid a watery batter.
