🍯🧄 Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Lemon & Honey Mixture

Ingredients:

1 medium onion, finely chopped or grated
1 whole garlic bulb (8–10 cloves), minced
1 piece fresh ginger (about 100 g), grated
Juice of 2 lemons
1 cup honey

Instructions:

1. Grate the ginger and finely chop or grate the onion and garlic.

2. Place everything in a clean glass jar.

3. Add the lemon juice and honey.

4. Stir well until fully combined.

5. Close the jar and refrigerate for 24 hours before using.

Storage:

Keep refrigerated.
Best used within 1–2 weeks.

Optional Use:
Some people take 1 tablespoon daily or mix a spoonful into warm water or tea.
