Chia Seed Pudding Recipe
Creamy, healthy, and perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a quick snack!
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup milk (almond, coconut, oat, or regular milk)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh fruit for topping (strawberries, blueberries, banana, mango, etc.)
- Optional: coconut flakes, nuts, or cinnamon
Instructions
- In a jar or bowl, combine the chia seeds, milk, honey, and vanilla.
- Stir very well so the chia seeds don’t clump together.
- Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for the best texture.
- Top with fresh fruit, nuts, or coconut before serving.
