Ingredients
2 cups milk chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter
3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
½ cup chopped peanuts (optional)
Instructions
1. Melt the Chocolate
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together.
Stir until smooth and creamy.
2. Add the Crunch
Remove from heat.
Fold in the Rice Krispies cereal and marshmallows if using.
Mix until everything is well coated.
3. Set the Bars
Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
Press the mixture evenly into the pan.
4. Chill
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.
5. Serve
Cut into squares or bars.
Store in an airtight container.
