🔥 Habanero Dynamite Sauce (Super Hot)

Ingredients:

  • 10–12 fresh habanero peppers, stemmed
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened.
  3. Add the habanero peppers and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
  4. Pour in the vinegar, water, and lime juice.
  5. Add the honey, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Simmer for 10–15 minutes until the peppers are tender.
  7. Let the mixture cool slightly.
  8. Transfer everything to a blender and blend until smooth.
  9. Add cilantro if using and blend again.
  10. Pour into sterilized bottles or jars and refrigerate.

Storage:

  • Keeps in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
  • The flavor gets even better after 24–48 hours.
