Ingredients:
2 medium zucchinis
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp onion powder (optional)
½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup panko breadcrumbs (optional, for extra crunch)

Marinara sauce

Instructions:
- Prepare the Zucchini
Wash the zucchinis and cut them into fry-shaped sticks.
Pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Season
Place the zucchini sticks in a large bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Add garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Toss until evenly coated.
- Coat
Mix the Parmesan cheese with the panko breadcrumbs (if using).
Coat each zucchini stick in the mixture, pressing lightly so it sticks.
- Air Fry
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
Arrange the zucchini fries in a single layer.
Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
