Bang Bang Salmon (Ready in Just 15 Minutes)

Ingredients:

For the Salmon:

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz / 170 g each), skin-on or skinless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

For Garnish:

  • Chopped parsley or cilantro
  • Sliced green onions

Instructions:

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.

Rub with olive oil, then season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook the salmon for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through.

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice.

Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the cooked salmon.

Garnish with chopped parsley and green onions.

Serve immediately with rice, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad.
