Juicy garlic butter steak bites with sunny-side eggs
A classic steakhouse-style breakfast that’s simple, filling, and perfect for starting the day strong.
📝 Ingredients
For the Steak Bites
1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-size cubes 🥩
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
½ tsp dried thyme (optional)
For the Eggs
4 eggs 🍳
1 tbsp butter
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional sides
toast 🍞
hash browns 🥔
avocado slices 🥑
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the steak bites
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add steak cubes and season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
Sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
Add butter and garlic and toss steak bites for 1 minute until coated and fragrant.
Remove from heat.
2️⃣ Cook the eggs
In another pan melt butter over medium heat.
Crack eggs into the pan and cook until whites set and yolks remain runny for sunny-side up.
Season with salt and pepper.
3️⃣ Serve
Plate steak bites with the sunny-side eggs.
Add toast or potatoes for a complete breakfast.
