π Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup uncooked rice
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup pineapple chunks
3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 red bell pepper, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 green onions for garnish

Add rice, broth, bell pepper, and pineapple to crockpot.
Place chicken on top and add garlic.
Pour teriyaki sauce over chicken.
Cover and cook on LOW 4β5 hours.
Slice or shred chicken, mix lightly, garnish with green onions and serve.
