1 lb (500g) ground beef
2 cups elbow macaroni
1 small onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 cup beef broth
1/2 green bell pepper (chopped)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
1 tbsp olive oil

Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a large pan, heat olive oil and cook the onion and garlic until soft.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth.
Add bell pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Let it simmer for 10β15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Add the cooked macaroni and mix well.
Cook for another 5 minutes and serve hot.
