Ingredients

Β½ cup raw honey (preferably local)
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
ΒΌ tsp ground ginger (or 1 tsp fresh grated)
1 tbsp turmeric powder
Zest of 1 lemon
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

Add honey to a clean glass jar.
Stir in cinnamon, black pepper, ginger, and turmeric.
Add lemon zest.
Mix very well until evenly combined.
Seal and let sit at room temperature for 12–24 hours before using.
Store at room temperature for up to 1 week
(or refrigerate for 2–3 weeks).
