🍗 1. CLASSIC CHICKEN SOUP
Ingredients:
• 500 g chicken (bone-in pieces)
• 1 liter water
• 1 potato
• 1 carrot
• 1/2 onion
• Cilantro
• Salt
Instructions:
Simmer chicken with onion and salt, skimming any foam.
Cook for 25–30 minutes.
Add potato and carrot, cook until tender.
Finish with fresh cilantro and rest before serving.
🥩 2. BEEF BONE SOUP
Ingredients:
• 500 g beef with bone
• 1 liter water
• 1 potato
• 1 carrot
• 1/2 onion
• Salt
Instructions:
Simmer beef with onion and salt for 45–60 minutes.
Add vegetables and cook until tender.
Let rest a few minutes before serving.
🍲 3. SANCOCHO (HEARTY STEW)
Ingredients:
• 500 g mixed meats (chicken, beef, pork)
• 1 liter water
• 1 plantain
• 1 potato
• Corn pieces
• Garlic, cilantro
• Salt
Instructions:
Cook meats with garlic and salt until tender.
Add plantain, potato, and corn.
Simmer until thick and hearty.
Finish with cilantro.
🦐 4. SEAFOOD SOUP
Ingredients:
• 300 g mixed seafood
• 1 liter broth
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 tomato
• Cilantro
• Salt & pepper
Instructions:
Sauté garlic and tomato.
Add broth and bring to a gentle boil.
Add seafood and cook 5–8 minutes.
Finish with cilantro.
🌽 5. CHICKEN & CORN SOUP
Ingredients:
• 500 g chicken
• 1 liter water
• Corn (cut into pieces)
• 1 potato
• Salt
Instructions:
Simmer chicken until partially tender.
Add corn and potato.
Cook until everything is soft and flavorful.
🌶 6. SPICY “WAKE-UP” SOUP
Ingredients:
• 400 g chicken or beef
• 1 liter water
• 1 tsp chili or hot sauce
• 2 garlic cloves
• Salt
Instructions:
Simmer meat with garlic and salt.
Add chili early so the heat infuses the broth.
Cook until tender and adjust spice level to taste.
