Ingredients:
- 4 chicken thighs or drumsticks
- 1½ cups rice (uncooked)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 2 potatoes (cubed)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp thyme
- Salt & pepper
Instructions:
- Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper.
