🛒 Ingredients (Serves 3–4)
For the lobster:
1 lb lobster meat (cut into bite-sized chunks)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper, to taste
½ tsp paprika
For the garlic butter sauce:
3 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp paprika
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Season the lobster
Pat lobster pieces dry. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Sear lightly
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook lobster for 1–2 minutes until just opaque. Remove and set aside (don’t overcook!).
Build the sauce
In the same pan, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Make it creamy
Pour in heavy cream, then stir in Parmesan and paprika. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until smooth and slightly thick.
Combine
Return lobster to the pan. Add lemon juice and gently toss to coat in the sauce.
Finish & serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
