For the lobster:
1 lb lobster meat (cut into bite-sized chunks)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Β½ tsp paprika
For the garlic butter sauce:
3 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Β½ tsp paprika
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Season the lobster
Pat lobster pieces dry. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Sear lightly
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook lobster for 1β2 minutes until just opaque. Remove and set aside (donβt overcook!).
Build the sauce
In the same pan, melt butter. Add garlic and sautΓ© for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Make it creamy
Pour in heavy cream, then stir in Parmesan and paprika. Simmer for 3β4 minutes until smooth and slightly thick.
Combine
Return lobster to the pan. Add lemon juice and gently toss to coat in the sauce.
