4 hot dog buns
4 beef hot dogs
1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup tomato sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- In a pan, cook ground beef with chopped onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic, tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, and spices. Simmer for 10β15 minutes until thick.
- Cook hot dogs (boil, grill, or pan-fry).
- Place hot dogs in buns and top generously with chili.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
