Recipe:
Protein: 18g
2 cups mushrooms (halved)
2 eggs (beaten)
1 cup crushed pork rinds (for coating)
1/2 tsp garlic powder,
salt & pepper
Oil for frying
Dip:
Sour cream + chopped herbs + garlic
Instructions:
Dip mushrooms in egg, then coat in crushed pork rinds.
Fry until golden and crispy (about 3-4 mins).
Mix dip ingredients and serve on the side.
