Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)

- In a saucepan, combine water and sugar over medium heat.
- Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Add the cranberries and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes until the cranberries burst and soften.
- Blend the mixture until smooth if you want a jelly texture.
- Strain through a fine sieve for an extra smooth result.
- Pour into a mold or container and refrigerate for several hours until firm.
- Slice and serve chilled.
