- 2 beef steaks
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions ๐จโ๐ณ
Step 1 โ Season the Steak
Season both sides of the steaks with:
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Paprika
- Garlic powder
Let rest for 10 minutes.
Step 2 โ Cook the Steak
Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add steaks and cook:
- 3โ4 minutes per side for medium
- Longer if preferred well done
Add minced garlic and spoon the buttery juices over the steaks while cooking.
Remove steaks and let rest for a few minutes.
Step 3 โ Fry the Eggs
In the same pan add remaining butter.
Crack in the eggs and cook until the whites are set and yolks remain soft, or cook to your preference.
Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Step 4 โ Serve โจ
Plate the juicy steak with the fried eggs on top or beside it.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
