๐ Ingredients
For the Meatballs
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ยฝ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
For the Gravy
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water

Step 1 โ Make the Meatballs
In a large bowl combine:
- Ground beef
- Breadcrumbs
- Egg
- Onion
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Worcestershire sauce
Mix gently and form medium-sized meatballs.
Step 2 โ Add to Slow Cooker
Place meatballs into the slow cooker.
In another bowl whisk together:
- Beef broth
- Onion soup mix
- Cream of mushroom soup
- Worcestershire sauce
- Ketchup
Pour over the meatballs.
Step 3 โ Slow Cook ๐ฅ
Cook:
- LOW for 5โ6 hours
or - HIGH for 3โ4 hours
Until meatballs are tender and fully cooked.
Step 4 โ Thicken the Gravy
Mix cornstarch with water.
Stir into the slow cooker during the last 20 minutes.
Allow gravy to thicken.
