🛒 Ingredients
- 3 large potatoes
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 300–400 g meatballs (beef or chicken)
- 1–2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella or your favorite cheese)

- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)

- Prepare the potatoes
Peel the potatoes, boil until slightly tender (about 8–10 minutes), then slice them. - Cook the onions
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions until soft and golden. - Prepare the meatballs
Cook meatballs in a pan until browned and fully cooked. - Assemble the dish
In a baking dish, arrange a layer of sliced potatoes, add onions and meatballs, then sprinkle cheese on top. Repeat layers if desired. - Bake
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20–25 minutes until the cheese melts and becomes golden. - Serve
