Ingredients

Instructions

1. Cook the Pasta

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Cook the penne pasta until al dente according to package directions.
  • Drain and set aside.

2. Cook the Chicken

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.
