Ingredients
- 3 lbs red potatoes, boiled and cubed
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked beef bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook potatoes until tender, then drain and allow to cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine ranch dressing, mayonnaise, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add potatoes and toss gently to coat.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, beef bacon, and green onions.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Sprinkle extra paprika and green onions on top before serving if desired.
