✓Ingredients:

•Mixed salad greens 2 cups
•Avocado 1 medium sliced
•Cherry tomatoes 1 cup halved
•Cooked quinoa 1 cup
•Roasted chickpeas 1 cup
•Feta cheese 1/2 cup crumbled
•Pomegranate seeds 1/4 cup
•Tahini 2 tablespoons
•Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
•Olive oil 1 tablespoon
•Water 1 to 2 tablespoons to thin
•Salt and pepper to taste

Start by preparing the tahini dressing. In a small bowl mix tahini lemon juice olive oil water salt and pepper until smooth. Add more water if needed to reach a pourable consistency.
In a large bowl add the mixed salad greens. Top with sliced avocado cherry tomatoes cooked quinoa roasted chickpeas crumbled feta cheese and pomegranate seeds.
Drizzle the tahini dressing over the salad just before serving.
