For the Chicken Wings
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp barbecue sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Potato Wedges
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper
For the Veggie Salad
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste

1. Prepare the Potato Wedges
- Preheat oven to 220ยฐC (425ยฐF).
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking tray and bake for 30โ35 minutes until golden and crispy.
2. Cook the Chicken Wings
- Season wings with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Bake at 200ยฐC (400ยฐF) for 35โ40 minutes or until cooked through.
- Mix honey, barbecue sauce, and soy sauce.
- Brush the wings with the glaze during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
- Bake until sticky and caramelized.
3. Make the Veggie Salad
- Steam broccoli and carrots for 3โ4 minutes, then cool.
- Combine broccoli, carrots, and corn in a bowl.
- Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, salt, and pepper.
- Toss with the vegetables until coated.
4. Serve
Arrange the glazed wings, crispy potato wedges, and vegetable salad on a plate and serve warm.
