500g ground beef
12 slider buns
8 slices beef bacon, chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
1 cup (120g) shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt

Preheat your oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
In a pan, cook chopped beef bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
In the same pan, cook onion until soft.
Add brown sugar, ketchup, and mustard, then stir in the cooked bacon to make a quick jam.
In another pan, cook ground beef with salt and pepper until browned.
Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
Spread the cooked beef evenly over the buns.
Add the bacon jam on top, then sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Cover with the top buns and brush lightly with olive oil.
Bake for 10β12 minutes until warm and melty.
Serve hot and enjoy!
