🧾 Ingredients:

— For the custard:

4 cups milk

½ cup sugar

4 tablespoons cornstarch

2 eggs

1 tablespoon butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

— For the topping:

1 cup crushed biscuits (Digestive or any plain cookies)

2 tablespoons melted butter

1️⃣ Prepare the custard

In a pot, mix milk, sugar, cornstarch, and eggs.
Whisk well until smooth.

2️⃣ Cook

Place on medium heat and keep stirring continuously until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy.

3️⃣ Add flavor

Remove from heat, then add butter and vanilla. Mix well.

4️⃣ Assemble

Pour the custard into a baking dish.

5️⃣ Prepare topping

Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter, then spread evenly on top.
