Ingredients:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
2 green onions, chopped

Directions:
Heat vegetable oil and butter in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add shrimp, season lightly with salt, and cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add sliced bell peppers and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
Stir in black pepper, smoked paprika, Cajun seasoning, soy sauce, honey, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes until everything is glossy and well combined.
