Cheesy Steak Bites and Rotini Pasta

Ingredients:

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
12 oz rotini pasta, cooked and drained
2 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:

Cook the Steak Bites:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak bites with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add them to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until seared and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.

Sauté the Aromatics:
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the diced onion. Sauté for 3-4 minutes, or until softened. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.

Make the Sauce:
Pour in the heavy cream and stir well, scraping up any browned bits from the skillet for extra flavor. Bring the cream to a gentle simmer. Gradually stir in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, allowing them to melt and create a smooth, cheesy sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and dried parsley.

Combine with Pasta:
Add the cooked rotini pasta to the skillet, tossing it in the cheesy sauce until fully coated. Gently stir in the cooked steak bites to combine.

Serve:
Transfer the pasta and steak bites to serving plates. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
