Ingredients:
2 tablespoons turmeric powder
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger (or 1 teaspoon ground ginger)
Β½ teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Β½ cup raw honey
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon.
2. Add the lemon juice and stir well.
3. Add the raw honey and mix until smooth and well combined.
4. Transfer the mixture to a clean glass jar and seal it tightly.
How to Use:
Take 1 teaspoon daily starting on the 7th day.
You can also mix it with warm water or tea.
