Ingredients
2 cups grated carrots
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt
½ cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2️⃣ In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, and oil until smooth.
3️⃣ Add vanilla and mix well.
4️⃣ In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
5️⃣ Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix.
6️⃣ Add grated carrots and stir gently.
7️⃣ Add nuts or chocolate chips (optional).
8️⃣ Pour batter into a greased pan.
9️⃣ Bake for 40–50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
