Ingredients
1 cup water
1β2 fresh rosemary sprigs (or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary)
Optional: honey or lemon

Instructions
1. Bring the water to a boil.
2. Place the rosemary in a cup.
3. Pour the hot water over it.
4. Cover the cup and let it steep for 5β10 minutes.
5. Strain out the rosemary.
6. Add honey or lemon if you like.

Enjoy warm
1β2 cups per day is enough
