2 chicken breasts, butterflied

⅓ cup flour or 2 tbsp for lighter

½ tsp salt + ½ tsp black pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup chicken broth

3 tbsp fresh lemon juice ∼1 large lemon

1 tbsp capers, drained optional but classic

1 tbsp butter, cold

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped see pic
